Privacy Policy
Effective and last updated November 3, 2026
1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how 12khz, LLC ("12kHz," "we," "us," or "our"), a New Jersey limited liability company, collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit 12khz.com (the "Site") or contact us through it.
12kHz operates two brands, Sagapixel and Dust Off Games. Each has its own website and privacy policy:
- Sagapixel (sagapixel.com/privacy-policy) covers the Sagapixel website and Sagapixel's marketing services.
- Dust Off Games (dustoffgames.com) will publish its own privacy policy covering its website and mobile games.
This policy covers the 12khz.com Site only. It does not cover the Sagapixel or Dust Off Games websites, apps or services.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
When you use our contact form, email us or call us, we collect what you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, company, the topic of your inquiry and the contents of your message.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our partners automatically collect certain information through cookies, pixels and similar technologies, including:
- IP address and general location derived from it
- Browser type, operating system and device type
- The page that referred you to the Site
- Pages you view, time spent on pages, links you click and the date and time of your visit
- Cookie and advertising identifiers
Information from third parties
We may receive information about how you interact with our ads and the Site from our analytics and advertising partners, described in Section 4.
3. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Respond to your inquiries and route them to the right person or brand
- Operate, maintain, secure and improve the Site
- Understand how visitors use the Site
- Measure the performance of our advertising and show ads to people who have visited the Site
- Detect and prevent spam, fraud and abuse
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use
We do not use personal information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.
4. Cookies, pixels and analytics
The Site uses the following third-party technologies:
| Tool | Provider | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Google Analytics | Google LLC | Measures Site traffic and how visitors use the Site. We configure it with Google signals and ad personalization turned off. |
| Meta Pixel | Meta Platforms, Inc. | Measures the results of our Facebook and Instagram ads and lets us show ads to people who have visited the Site. |
These providers may collect information about your activity on the Site and, in Meta's case, combine it with information about your activity on other websites and apps. Their use of that information is governed by their own privacy policies:
- Google Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from sites that use its services
- Meta Privacy Policy
Your choices
- Opt out of sale and sharing: use our Do Not Sell or Share page. When you opt out, the Site stops loading the Meta Pixel on your browser.
- Global Privacy Control: we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a valid opt-out of sale and sharing for the browser that sends them.
- Browser settings: most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking cookies may affect how the Site works.
- Google Analytics: install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- Meta: manage your Meta ad preferences.
- Industry opt-outs: visit the Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info or the Network Advertising Initiative at optout.networkadvertising.org.
5. How we share information
We share personal information only as described below:
- Service providers that host the Site, process contact form submissions, provide email and analytics, and give us professional advice. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
- Our brands. If your inquiry relates to Sagapixel or Dust Off Games, we may share it with that brand's team so they can respond. Both brands are part of 12khz, LLC.
- Advertising partners, namely Meta, as described in Sections 4 and 6.
- Legal and safety. When we believe disclosure is required by law, subpoena or court order, or is needed to protect the rights, property or safety of 12kHz, our users or others.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization or sale of all or part of our business, subject to this policy's protections.
We do not give your contact information to third parties for their own independent marketing.
6. Sale and sharing for advertising
We do not sell personal information for money, and we do not upload contact lists from the Site to advertising platforms.
However, the Meta Pixel lets Meta collect information about your visit so we can measure our ads and show ads to people who have visited the Site. Under California and several other state privacy laws, this may be considered a "sale" of personal information or "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising (also called "targeted advertising").
You can opt out at any time:
- On our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page
- By turning on a Global Privacy Control signal in your browser
- By emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Opt Out"
Browser-based opt-outs apply to the browser and device you use. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
7. How long we keep information
We keep contact form submissions and correspondence for up to ten years from when we receive them or from our last interaction with you, whichever is later. After that, we delete or de-identify them. Analytics and advertising data are retained according to each provider's settings, which are generally shorter. We may keep information longer when needed to meet a legal obligation, resolve a dispute or enforce our agreements.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls and multi-factor authentication on the systems we use. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and regulators as required by law.
9. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Know and access the personal information we have about you and how we use it
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Delete personal information we collected from or about you
- Portability: receive a copy of your personal information in a usable format
- Opt out of targeted advertising, the sale or sharing of personal information, and profiling
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information (we don't intentionally collect it through the Site)
- Non-discrimination: not be treated differently for exercising these rights
These rights apply to residents of states with comprehensive consumer privacy laws, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah and Virginia, as provided by each state's law. 11. Children's privacy
The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. United States only

We do not target visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or other countries outside the United States.
13. Other websites
The Site links to other websites, including sagapixel.com and dustoffgames.com. This policy does not apply to those sites. Please review the privacy policy of each site you visit.
14. Changes to this policy
